SC constitutional bench dismisses petition against marriage with foreign nationality holders

ISLAMABAD
Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has dismissed the petition in regard to marriage with foreign nationality holders men and women with Rs 20000 fine.
Justice Jamal Mandokhel has remarked legislation is power of parliament. How can the court forbid any one.
A 6-member constitutional bench of SC presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan took up the petition for hearing Thursday.
The petitioner Mehmood Akhtar appeared in the court through video link.
Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar remarked is it possible so what is the plea of the petitioner. Should any government employee be stopped from marrying a foreign national. If there is any law for stopping such marriage in place then tell us.
The petitioner requested the court he is seriously ill and he be given time.
Justice Musarrat Hilali said how the ban can be imposed on marriage. Fine should be imposed on him.
The constitutional bench dismissed the petition with fine.
