ISLAMABAD
Three judges of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) including Justice Azam Khan, Justice Muhammad Asif and Justice Inaam Amin Minhas took oath as permanent judges on Monday. The Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar administered oath to these three judges. .
The ceremony was attended by members of the judiciary, the legal fraternity and senior government officials.
The registrar IHC read out the notification regarding appointment of judges.
Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir, Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro, session judges, the advocate general, high court officers, bar representatives and a large number of lawyers were present on the occasion.
Law ministry had issued notification of appointment these three judges with the approval of presidnet.
