UPPER CHITRAL
Three died and 2 injured in road accident at Parvak area of upper Chitral. According to detail a Pothohar vehicle was on the way to Pothohar, on the way to Parkhosup village. When this badluck vehicle reached Roromo Tech in Prawak village it faced an fatal road accident and fell down in deep ravine due to poor condition of the road wakes up in a deep ditch. As a result a woman and two male persons died on the spot while two injured badly. Rescue 1122 teams reached after accident and patients were shifted to THQ Hospital of Booni. According to Rescue 1122 three people were killed and two were seriously injured, the injured and dead bodies were shifted to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Booni in the ambulance of Rescue 1122, According to the local police the vehicle was moving from Booni to Parkosap that the accident occurred at the Prawak site.
It should be noted that the road from Chitral to Booni was built forty years ago by a Chinese construction company and put so strong coal tar that it had not damaged in forty years. However, two years ago, the National Highway Authority’s contractor Umar jan & Company, removed coal tar from this blacktopped road, and converted it in desert. There was anything to do with it, but they did it only for earning money, such places were also damaged by removing Tarcoal and left in the lapse of the lamp. Now this metal road present a scene of ruins, and precious lives lost in such accidents which occur time and again .
The people of Chitral have repeatedly raised the voice for this, but the owner of the company has the privilege of some high ups, that is why no action was taken so for and no body one has even asked them till today. The people of Chitral appeal to the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take legal action against this construction company that they did not blacktopped the road and removed strong coal tar from the blacktopped road two years ago and now when people travel on the road, they suffering from dust, soil, Due to the dilemma, the infectious illnesses are also spreading among the passengers and suffering from viral diseases and \accidents.
