Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) organized a one-day training workshop for members of the Prime Youth Parliament.
The workshop was conducted by Deputy Director KPITB, Muhammad Shoaib, who provided practical training and guidance to the participating youth.
Among those present on the occasion were Youth Minister of the Prime Youth Parliament Ali Rida Ali, Youth Opposition Leader Subhan Mohmand, Youth Minister for IT Shahzad Ali, Youth Minister for Information Nabeel Khan, Jamil Khan, and other members.
Addressing the participants, Muhammad Shoaib stated that the KP Information Technology Board has successfully digitized government institutions, trained thousands of young people in various IT skills, and provided technological services to the private sector.
He said these initiatives have not only improved governance but also created employment opportunities for thousands of youth, significantly contributing to the provincial economy.
He emphasized that young people should adopt positive and productive use of information technology and make it a means of employment and livelihood.
“By enhancing IT skills, youth can benefit individually while also strengthening the country’s economy,” he said, adding that the current era demands skill development and innovation in the IT sector.
Muhammad Shoaib further highlighted that KPITB was establishing IT parks across the province, including within educational institutions, to provide employment and development opportunities for youth.
