190 million pounds scam, Chairman PTI ordered to appear in court on Monday

Accountability Court has ordered Chairman PTI to appear in court in 190 million pounds scam on Monday.
Accountability Court has issued the written order to extend the physical remand of former Prime Minister (PM) and Chairman PTI in 190 million pound scam.
Judge Muhammad Bashir has issued written order comprises of 5-page. According to order, Deputy Prosecutor General NAB Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi has applied for physical remand for another 10 days.
NAB told that Ali Zafar Advocate appeared in NAB office on November 23 on request and provided the relevant record to NAB.
He has also provided the record of March 24, 2021 Agreement.
According to order of the Court, NAB authorities said that National Treasure has to conduct an investigation regarding the money transferred and further remand is required to complete the investigation and bring the case to final conclusion.
Lawyers opposed further remand and presented 2 letters. 1 letter dated November 6, 2019 is related to East Bank.
Lawyers said that Chairman PTI has no concern with transfer of money.
According to order of Accountability Court, Lawyers said that Chairman PTI has also no concern with 240 Kanals of land.
Chairman PTI has built 2 cancer hospitals and 3rd one is being built in Karachi.
NAB authorities said that remand is necessary to examine records provided by Ali Zafar.
Court grants physical remand for 4 days instead of 10.
Chairman PTI should be presented in Court again on November 27.
