PM supervises flood rescue, relief operation

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday supervised flood rescue and relief operation, and issued orders to NDMA (National Disaster management Authority) and other authorities to remain alert on anticipated rainy system.
Via video link, Prime Minister chaired a meeting to oversee recent flood situation in the country. During the meeting PM ordered to boost relief and rescue process.
He further issued instruction to NDMA, relative ministries and authorities to work in co-ordination.
The chain rain system is increasing the people loss, Prime minister continued, flood has damaged people severely and we are ought to help them. Rehabilitation process, in naturally calamity areas, is huge duty, which could only be done by collective efforts, he added.
Prime Minister Shehbaz appealed Pakistanis at home and abroad, relief center and organization to extend helping hands for flood victims.
