Dajal check post riot case

Bail plea of PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur has been accepted in Daja check post riot case. Police presented Ali Amin Gandapur in the court of Senior Civil Judge Bhakkar Wednesday. During the hearing of the case the police told the court Dajal check post riot case is registered against Ali Amin Gandapur. Later the court accepted bail plea of Ali Amin Gandapur in Dajal Check post riot case. The court ordered him to submit surety bonds worth Rs 50000. On the other side Lahore Police requested the court for transit remand of Ali Amin Gandapur.
The court reserved judgment after completion of arguments.
The court while announcing the judgment after some time handed over Ali Amin Gandapur to police on one day transit remand.
Ali Amin Gandapur is wanted by Race course police in a case under terrorism clauses.
