FIA money laundering case
LAHORE
Special Central Court (SCC) Lahore has reserved judgment on acquittal plea of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi in FIA money laundering case which will be announced on October 25.
Judge Muhammad Arif Khan Niazi of SCC while delivering written order of the hearing of the case maintained one day exemption from attendance plea of Pervaiz Elahi is accepted.
The court said in written order that medical report duly verified by Services Hospital doctor was also attached with the application filed by the accused wherein rest has been advised to petitioner.
According to written order the special prosecutor had raised objection that exemption from attendance plea filed during previous hearing was without prescription of medicines chit. However the present application is complete with all necessary medical documents.
The court maintained the arguments of all respondents have been completed on acquittal plea of Pervaiz Elahi and the decision will be announced on October 25.
