PESHAWAR:The Deputy Commissioner Haripur, through an order has called upon all the political parties and their leaders/representatives/workers to strictly observe the SOPs issued under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Administration (Public Service Delivery and Good Governance ) Act, 2020, duly endorsed by the judgement of the Peshawar High Court, Peshawar and not to hold any gathering/processions/rallies etc. without the prior permission in the manner as envisaged in the SOPs. The order further said that failure of non-observance of this order and the SOPs would result in violation of not only the SOPs, Judgement of the Peshawar High Court Peshawar but also Section 186, 188 of the Pakistan penal Code, 1860 and other enabling laws in vogue leading to punitive actions under the said sections as well as other enabling laws.
