Zil Hajj moon not sighted

The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee has officially announced that the Zil Hajj moon was not sighted in the country, confirming that the first day of Zil Hajj will be observed on Thursday, May 29, while Eid ul-Adha will be celebrated on June 7.
The announcement was made by Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Chairman Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad, who presided over the meeting to observe the Zil Hajj moon in the country.
The meeting, held in Islamabad, was attended by members of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, along with representatives from SUPARCO and the Meteorological Department, who were present to provide assistance.
In addition to the central meeting, zonal committee meetings were also held in cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, Peshawar, and other regions.
