PESHAWAR
A farewell ceremony was held at Malik Saad Shaheed Police Lines in honour of DPO Khyber District Rai Mazhar Iqbal and SP Saddar Division Raza Muhammad Khan, who have been transferred from the Capital City Police.
The event was attended by CCPO Peshawar Dr. Mian Saeed Ahmed, Chief Traffic Officer Dr. Zahid, newly appointed SSP Operations Farhan Khan, SSP Investigation Ayesha Gul, newly appointed DPO Khyber District Waqar Ahmed, Commandant Campus Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, SP Headquarters Ali Gohar, divisional SPs, SDPOs and other senior police officials.
Speaking at the ceremony, CCPO Dr. Mian Saeed Ahmed praised the services and notable contributions of the outgoing officers, describing them as capable, professional and courageous.
He added that their efforts would be remembered for a long time within the Capital City Police.
Addressing the gathering, Rai Mazhar Iqbal and Raza Muhammad Khan expressed gratitude for the respect and support they received during their tenure, saying the time spent working with the police forces of Khyber and Peshawar would remain memorable for them.
At the conclusion of the event, the CCPO presented special commemorative shields to both officers in recognition of their service.
