The President of Mardan Chamber of Commerce and Industry(MCCI) and Markaze Tanzeem-e-Tajiran Provincial General Secretary (GS) Zahir Shah On Saturday has said that the furniture industry is playing an important role in the economic development of the country.Steps should be taken to solve the problems of the gentlemen on a priority basis.
Maximum opportunities should be created for the promotion and investment of the furniture industry of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province
He expressed these views while speaking on the occasion of the opening ceremony of the furniture showroom in Eidgah Road as a special guest.On this occasion, President of Mardan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Zahir Shah said that the platform of Mardan Chamber of Commerce and Industry is very important for the availability of Computer Numerical Control Router (CNC) machines for the business community related to furniture in Mardan district will start soon,Camputer Numerical Control Router also has many attractive wood carving designs and other features on 31 types of machines.
Which will provide maximum relief to the furniture trading community and the working class with them.
Mardan is the second largest city of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and about 20 thousand workers are associated with the furniture business in Mardan, which will drive the economy in the right direction.
He said that the business community of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province is facing difficulties due to the current economic and various problems and the business community has always supported the country’s economy in all kinds of difficult situations.
The government should create a friendly environment with the business community. Zahir Shah further said that like other important sectors, the furniture industry is also playing a key role in the economic development of the country and increasing exports.
He demanded the government to Should the problems of the business sector be solved immediately for the development and stability of the country’s economy.
