ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) allowed former federal minister Fawad Choudhary to meet his wife in separation in prison. A hearing was held on Fawad Chowdhury’s request for permission to meet the facilities, lawyers and family in the jail. Chief Commissioner Anwar ul Haq submitted the implementation report of Fawad Chaudhary to the court. The court also ordered Fawad Chaudhary to provide medical facilities as per the jail manual. The dignity of the petitioner should be kept in mind, said Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb. Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb speaking to the Deputy Superintendent of Adiala Jail said that Asif Zardari and Benazir Bhutto were also prevented from meeting their family and lawyers, such incidents are shameful for your officers.
