PESHAWAR
Police in a successful operation arrested a lady smuggler and recovered four kilo gram of cannabis from a passenger bus she was on board at general bus stand in the limits of Gulbhar Police Station.
Gulbahar Police Station SHO Ashfaq Khan the passenger bus bound for Punjab at general bus stand intercepted by police on a tip-off on search arrested a lady smuggler.
The alleged smuggler has been shifted to Women’s Police Station for interrogation, where she confessed to being involved in drug trafficking during the preliminary investigation.
Gulbahar police have registered a case against the woman and started investigation.
Ashfaq Khan told reporters that case has been registered against the arrested woman and investigation has been started.
