The Chief Executive Officer of IESCO, Engr. Ch. Khalid Mahmood, has stated that the ongoing crackdown for the recovery of outstanding electricity dues across the IESCO region has been further intensified. Special recovery teams have been constituted to accelerate the collection process and ensure the protection of national resources as well as the uninterrupted supply of electricity to consumers. Engr. Ch. Khalid Mahmood urged consumers to clear their electricity bills without delay in order to avoid the inconvenience of disconnection and potential legal action. He advised consumers not to wait until the due date and instead make timely payments to fulfill their civic responsibility and support IESCO’s efforts in maintaining a reliable power distribution system.
