Peshawar: The oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected cabinet of the KP Law Officer Welfare Association was held at the Law Department Conference Room, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar.
The Honourable Minister for Law, Mr. Aftab Alam, attended as the Chief Guest and also addressed the gathering. President of the KP Law Officer Welfare Association, Arshad Alam, conferred a turban upon the Minister.
On this occasion, retirement shields were presented to retired officers Zubair Sahib, Mustafa Kamal Sahib, and Noor Zaman Sahib in recognition of their services.
President Arshad Alam, in his speech, highlighted the objectives of the Association and the issues faced by Attorneys. He drew special attention to the service structure and the Grade 20 issue and emphasized the need for its resolution.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Law Secretary and other officials addressed the gathering and stated that the issues of the Attorneys would be resolved soon and that the service structure would be prepared shortly.
