PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has stopped the process of giving status of university to Khyber and Ayyub Medical college.
The PHC has issued written order in the case on according status of university to Khyber and A\yyub Medical college.
It has been said in the order only elected government can make such decisions. Caretaker government does not wield such powers.
It has been further said in the order that care taker government has limited powers. Caretaker government should leave this decision to elected government.
