President Dr. Arif Alvi has approved to confer Tamgha-e-Imtiaz posthumously to three Chinese teachers killed in a terrorist attack in Karachi on 26th April.
The award has been conferred in recognition of their services to consolidate Pakistan-China relations besides bolstering relations in the field of education and culture.
Awards have been conferred under article 259 of the constitution and Awards act-1875.
