PTI, Khyber hold protest in Bara

A protest demonstration of workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf(PTI) against price hiking was held here at Khyber Square, subdivision Bara district Khyber on Sunday.
Large number of volunteers of PTI led by Member National Assembly (MNA) Iqbal Afridi and Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Shafiq Afridi carrying banners inscribed with slogans against allegedly unjustified rise in petroleum products and other daily usage goods, gathered at the Chowk.
Addressing an angry mob MNA Iqbal Afridi and MPA Shafiq Afridi said that repeated price hikes in petroleum products have imposed a negative impact on the economy.
The poor are being crushed under an unbearable inflation brought by the wrong policies of the imported government; they added and said the poor segments have been deprived of the right of earning three times the meal.
The speakers said that the residents have been subjected to excessive load shedding in Bara that is a step mother behavior towards them.
They blamed that to hide their corruption; the allegedly imported government has been imposed on the masses.
At the end,the protestors sit on fire tyres to file their agitation and dispersed peacefully.
