SACM Industries visits Lemuna Hotel Project at Swat

Special Assistant to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Industries Commerce and Technical Education Abdul Karim Tordher, accompanied by Director of Business Facilitation, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment and Trade (KP-BOIT) Iqbal Sarwar and his team, conducted visit to the Lemuna Hotel in Qandeel, Swat.
This prominent hospitality project, developed as per international standards, has been facilitated by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board of Investment and Trade (KP-BOIT). Upon arrival to the project site, the delegation was welcomed by Nawab Siraj GM Lemuna Hotel and Shaukat Khan Durrani, owner of Lemuna Hotel.
On this occasion the SACM Abdul Karim Tordher congratulated Shaukat Khan Durrani, Fazal Azeem, and their team for the progress made on the Lemuna Hotel.
He also appreciated the KP-BOIT team for their dedicated efforts and highlighted the significance of overseas Pakistanis in the economic development of the province, describing them as invaluable assets. He stated that today, the “Lemuna Project” stands as evidence of overseas investment.
Mr. Karim encouraged the Pakistani diaspora to invest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, contributing to its economic growth.
During the visit, the SACM offered insightful suggestions and assured full support of his department and KP-BOIT for the continued success of the Lemuna Hotel.
On this occasion the Director Business Facilitation Iqbal Sarwar emphasized the importance of the Lemuna Project, describing it as a groundbreaking hospitality initiative in the area, supported by KP-BOIT since its inception.
“Facilitating investors is central to KP-BOIT mission, as their contributions are vital to the province’s development, “Iqbal Sardar reaffirmed KP-BOIT’s continued support for the Lemuna Hotel”. The owner of hospitality project Shaukat Khan Durrani, expressed his sincere gratitude for KP-BOIT’s unwavering support throughout the project’s development.
He further highlighted that Lemuna Hotel 52 crore Investment Project has been materialized upon the invaluable support from KP-BOIT. He also invited the SACM to inaugurate the project upon its completion, marking a significant milestone for the region.
Later on the SACM visited Kalakot and laid the foundation stone of another hotel K K.Mall which will be completed in upcoming 15 months. The same project will be a state of the art hotel which will be completed at an estimated cost of 800 million rupees.
