ISLAMABAD : The death verification report of co-accused Aslam Masood in Sindh Bank case has been submitted in the Accountability Court.
The Judge of Accountability Court Muhammad Azam Khan conducted the hearing, during which NAB investigation officer Mubashir Kareem and prosecutor Usman Mirza appeared in the court. Whereas various accused including Abdul Ghani Majeed, Bilal Sheikh and Adnan Afridi were present in the court.
On this occasion the investigation officer presented the death verification report of the co-accused Aslam Masood in the court. The court while issuing summons of the co-accused Tariq Pervaiz and Muhammad Ishtiaq due to their non-appearance, adjourned the case till October 28.
It is pertinent to mention here that the suspects have been accused of causing a loss of Rs 25 billion to Sindh Bank through money laundering.
