SP Hassan urged females to come forward to join police force

The recruitment process for Women in Swat has been announced and according to the police department, the desired candidates could submit application till 29 October. Non-Governmental organization Rozen announced to guide the female candidates who wish to join police force as a career.
Addressing a seminar here at Swat Press Conference on Friday, Superintendent of Police (SP), Shah Hassan, Station House Office (SHO Women Police Station, Shahnaz Bibi, Spokesperson of Rozen, Komal Bibi and other urged the females to come forward and join police force.
“ 10 percent quota has been reserved for female candidates, with additional 62 seats for female in Swat Police. The purpose is to empower women and provide them a prestigious employment”, said SP Shah Hassan, adding that ,all female of the region from 18 years to 25 years were able to apply with the basic qualification of matriculation.
“ Maximum recruitment of female in police force will not only help in providing employment opportunity, but will provide facility for the females of the region in solving their issue particularly those who are seeking justice”, told Ms Komal, and added that female police cops could easily solve the issue of the women. She added that Rozen would help interested female candidates to get employment in police force.
“ We assure the police force and extend our support in highlighting and covering this issue. members of the Swat Press Club, will publish the stories in order to create awareness among the eligible females of the region”, said Mahboob Ali, Chairman Swat Press Club. He maintained that journalist would also highlight it on digital media.
SHO Rahimabad Women Police Station, Shahnaz Bibi urged, the female of the region to join the respectful profession of police force and contribute in the development of the country. She added that police department value the services of female constables, where female had high chances of promotions.
