Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf provincial leader Haris Khan Toru said that the founder of PTI Imran Khan in the United Nations has taken a tough stance on Kashmir and stated that if the issue is not resolved through negotiations, then as Muslims we are ready to fight.
“The Pakistani nation is not afraid of India’s threats”, he added. He expressed these views while speaking at the Meet-the-Press programme at Mardan press club. Haris Toru added the Pak Army and the people are one for the security of the country all political parties should put aside their differences and unite for the betterment of the country.
He argued that there is a sense of faith among Pakistanis and India will get a befitting reply. Toru added that Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa is not getting funds due to differences between the center and the province and the MPAs in our province have been elected three times in a row, but they are also not getting funds.
Haris Khan argued that his entry into politics was in PTI and his whole family is in PTI and he will continue to support Imran Khan. PTI is a ruling party and he will serve within the party as a worker.
He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf gets more votes and leads in every election in Khyber- Pakhtunkhwa and this improvement will be even greater in the next election.
He argued that at present, PTI is the largest party in the province and there is no party in comparison to it. He said that in the next election, they will enter the fray with the spirit of public service.
He added that the core committee meeting has been called for the release of Imran Khan and whatever decision is made, it will be implemented. He added that the founder of PTI will be in the public eye very soon. Toru added that the next government in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa will also be of PTI.
He said that journalism is the fourth pillar and journalists are the eyes of society. The provincial government is adopting effective policies for the welfare of journalists and ending the problems of journalists is the top priority.
