President Mardan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Zahir Shah visited by Chairman of Overseas Business Forum UK Muhammad Farooq Khan and other officials. On this occasion, the members of the executive committee of Mardan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, industrialists and businessmen participated in a large numbers.
President Mardan Chamber Zahir Shah welcomed the guests and said that this country and especially Khyber Pukhtunkhwa has been blessed by Allah Almighty with minerals and beauty which has many opportunities to be introduced to foreign countries for which the business community of the area needs a lot of facilities to promote the business and tourism of the area.
Addressing the participants, Zahir Shah said that this meeting will give our business community a lot of information and an opportunity to promote business in other countries. Officials of Overseas Business Forum UK addressed the participants and said that the main objective of our forum is to promote the business of both countries and to solve the problems that are facing in order to promote the products of both countries and to restore the atmosphere of certainty between the two countries.
Addressing the participants, the guests said that for the promotion of business, trade fairs will be organized in different countries soon, in which the businessmen of Mardan Chamber will be fully represented, where business meetings and business opportunities will be available on the basis of joint venture.
Overseas Business Forum UK Chairman Muhammad Farooq Khan said that there are many business opportunities in our region, on which we will work together with the Mardan Chamber and to bring this region at par with other regions of the country and the business class facing difficulties.
There are many opportunities to promote tourism in our province which will also be taken advantage of. The participants posed various questions to the forum officials to which the guests gave satisfactory answers.
At the end of the program, the President Mardan Chamber, Zahir Shah, presented some suggestions to the visiting guests, in which a memorandum of understanding is to be signed between the Mardan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Overseas Business Forum of Great Britain and the joint cooperation of the two countries, especially the business community of this province.
Increasing trade links, on which the Chairman of Overseas Business Forum UK assured Mardan Chamber President Zahir Shah of full support on behalf of his forum, on which Chamber President Zahir Shah thanked the guests.
