NPC police officers also visit tribal district Khyber

A number of under-training police officers ofthe National Police Academy paid a special visit to Malik Saad Shaheed Police Line Peshawar and held a special meeting with Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Muhammad Ijaz Khan.
Chief Traffic Police Officer Abbas Majeed Khan Marwat, SSP Operations Kashif Aftab Abbasi, SSP Coordination Shahzad Umar Abbas and other Divisional SPs and officers also participated in the meeting.
CCPO Mohammad Ijaz Khan informed the under-training police officers about the reforms in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police.
The establishment of Police Schools, DRCs, Assan Insaf Centers and many other initiatives related to Ababil Squad, City Patrol Force were discussed in the meeting.
“The process of modern reforms in the KP Police is getting acceptance across the country due to which new services and services have been provided to law enforcement agencies including the police of other provinces,” he elaborated.
CCPO said that in order to adapt the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police to the modern requirements, several schools have been established from where police officers and officials have successfully applied their professional skills by getting modern training.
Later, the ASPs under training were also made to visit the special camera control role set up in the Sharqi police station.
They were briefed on real-time location and visual monitoring by force vehicles.
Later on, the police officers of the NPA visited tribal district Khyber where they were welcomed by the district police with great enthusiasm and children presented them with flowers.
District Police Officer (DPO) Khyber Imran Khan briefed the officers about the overall situation in the district.
Later on, the under-training officers paid a visit to the historical Torkham View Point and the historic Landi Kotal Mess.
Commandant Khyber Rifles informed them about the historical importance of Landi Kotal Cantonment.
Finally, the guests were presented with traditional gifts and shields.
