Awami National Party (ANP) President Senator Aimal Wali Khan on Friday said that Bacha Khan and Wali Khan endured immense suffering for the Pakhtun nation, country and democracy. We are struggling from the last 100 years and the fifth generation has continued the ideology of Bacha Khan and Wali Khan.
He expressed these views while addressing a public meeting. The public meeting was arranged in connection with Bacha Khan and Wali Khan death anniversary. Provincial president Mian Iftkhar Hussain, former chief minister Ameer Haidar Hoti and others also addressed the public meeting. Large numbers of party workers participated in the public meeting. Aimal Wali Khan said that the ANP was not abolished by any dictator, bangles cannot abolish it.
He added that they are steadfast in the face of every bullet and every suicide. He added that the mandate of Pakhtuns was forcibly snatched away and given to minors. Aimal Wali said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) provincial government cannot build a single school, they are selling the land of universities. He added that when the PTI came into power in the center first they sold cattle, buffaloes and vehicles, finally they sold the Tosha Khana.
He added that everyone is happy with the end of the garbage. He added that he is doing the politics of Bacha Khan’s ideology and Wali Khan. He argued that Pakhtuns have been harmed by the establishment and the Ulema-e-Soo. He added that the peace of this region has been destroyed for dollars. He added that our mandate has been stolen.
He argued that if the ballot boxes are opened, 50 percent of the votes will be proven to be fake. He added that if the fake mandate is not proven he will leave politics. He added that ANP will defend the 18th Amendment. He added that ANP is against the Prevention of Electronic Crimes (Peca) Act 2025 and ANP is standing with the media.
