PESHAWAR: The Excise Police Peshawar Region during a successful operation foiled an attempt of high quality of hashish hiding by the smuggler in his shoes, a spokesman of the Excise said here Thursday. APP
According to details, 1200 grams of hashish was recovered from the shoes of a person on the tip-off while conducting an operation near Ring Road Pir Zakuri bridge, spokesperson said. The accused Muhammad Nawaz Khan, son of Sardar Gul, a resident of Shalobar Qamber Khel Bara Khyber, was arrested on the spot. A case has been registered at Excise Police Station Peshawar Region for further investigation and legal action, Excise Spokesman said.
