PESHAWAR : Police have arrested the main suspect involved in a recent motorcycle theft case in Peshawar’s Cantt Division and recovered the stolen vehicle. On the instructions of SP Cantt Division Aitzaz Arif, and under the supervision of DSP Cantt Circle Dost Muhammad Khan, SHO West Police Station Noor Muhammad Khan led the successful operation. According to police, the accused, identified as Liaquat, son of Waheed Gul, a resident of Barisco Gate, was arrested following a detailed investigation carried out using modern scientific methods. During initial interrogation, the accused confessed to the crime. The operation followed a complaint lodged by Amjad Iqbal at the West Police Station, reporting his motorcycle stolen. A case was promptly registered, and a special team was formed by SP Cantt Division to trace and apprehend those involved. Police confirmed that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the suspect, and further investigation is underway.
