Kohat
The 36th Board of Directors meeting of WSSC Kohat was held under the chairmanship of Chairman Muhammad Saad.
The meeting was attended by Board members Additional Deputy Commissioner Hamid Iqbal, Regional Municipal Officer Hamid Mansoor, Ehsanullah Jan, Rashid Ahmed Paracha, Shakeel Ahmed Afridi, Azam Khan from Local Government and Sardar Bahadur from Finance Department.
During the meeting, important agenda items were considered, including administrative and policy matters and other key decisions.
On this occasion, Integrated Reforms and Capacity Building (IRCB) consultants presented their performance report, which included key points such as business model solutions, operational design, performance monitoring framework, and delivery of training programs. The consultants gave a detailed briefing on the relevant deliverables and highlighted new projects in the larger interest of the company.
The Board members asked various questions on the projects and policy matters presented and gave their suggestions.
